Refund Policy

Any refund on services or listings ordered through Frank Porter Property Management is governed by the policy stated below. In cases where individual services have specific refund terms, those terms shall apply in addition to or supersede this general policy.

Marketing & Listings

Notice: Fees paid on successful project delivery and Listing Fees are non-refundable.

The listing fee for properties remains non-refundable irrespective of when the listing is removed due to project completion. However, we maintain the following flexibility for our clients:

  • Rescheduling: If our executives must postpone due to your notice, we will rework the timeline at no extra cost once. Repeated changes may result in fee forfeiture.
  • External Factors: If appointments are missed due to weather, political actions, or infrastructure failures beyond our control, we will reset the appointment at the earliest convenience without a refund.

Annual Contracts & Design Packages

For Interior Design or Property Management annual contracts, refunds are calculated after deducting a cancellation fee for services already rendered, based on the following schedule:

Date of Cancellation* Refund Percentage
1st Quarter 75% of Order Value
2nd Quarter 50% of Order Value
3rd Quarter 25% of Order Value
4th Quarter No Refund Applicable

*Calculated from the date of execution. Any additional costs already incurred during execution will also be deducted.

Home Improvements & Repairs

No refunds are applicable for advance payments or payments received against approved quotes for Home Improvement & Repairs once the work has commenced.

Third-Party Disclaimer & Process

Frank Porter Property Management acts as a facilitator. We cannot be held responsible for bureaucratic delays when dealing with external agencies or third parties. All tasks are performed on a "best effort" basis.

Processing Time: Refund requests take a maximum of 15 working days to process internally. The actual time for the credit to reach your account depends on banking channels and credit card provider speeds.
